I’ve just been watching the Sunday football and noticed Nike using a # to advertise behind the interviewee. They are promoting #makeitcount which is a new wristband they want to push. Seems clever to me. What I was wondering and throwing out there is that perhaps, large brands may start to trademark or ‘own’ hashtags. [...]
